Homoeopathic Materia Medica is the backbone of Homoeopathic system of treatment in which there is huge collection of symptoms of medicines which are arranged in systemic manner.There are different approaches to treat the patents i.e. through constitution, guiding, gentle and pathological symptoms etc.Medicines in the Materia Medica have different sources like vegetable, animal, mineral etc. and each source is having its own characteristic which helps to select the remedy and to individual the case on holistic approach which helps to cure the sick to health and not only its relief or palliation for time being.Therefore Homoeopathy is called holistic system of treatment.
