Department of Yoga
“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self — a bridge between body and consciousness.”
Introduction
The Department of Yoga at Narayanshree Homoeopathy Medical College & Hospital (NSHMC), Bhopal) is dedicated to promoting the ancient Indian discipline of Yoga as a vital component of holistic health education. The department integrates yogic philosophy, scientific practice, and clinical application, emphasizing the importance of balance between physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
