The Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology (FMT) organized an educational visit for the BHMS-II Prof. students to Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal on 04 August 2026. The students were acquainted with various important aspects of post-mortem examination, including external and internal examination, documentation of findings, collection and preservation of specimens, and the medico-legal significance of autopsy findings. The visit provided an excellent opportunity for students to correlate their theoretical knowledge with practical experience. It enhanced their understanding of forensic procedures and highlighted the importance of scientific, ethical, and systematic approaches in forensic medical practice. The educational visit was an enriching and informative experience for the students and contributed significantly to strengthening their practical knowledge of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology. The visit was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Rajee Jain, Professor & HOD, and Dr. Farook Khan, Professor Dept. of FMT.
